My Approach
Each person experiences life through their own lens, shaped by biology, upbringing, personal history, relationships, and culture. I approach therapy with attention to the whole person and respect for the complexity of each person’s life.
My work is integrative, relational, and psychodynamic. I listen carefully to understand your perspective, what feels important, and what you are hoping to better understand or work through.
Together, we look at what is happening now, how earlier experiences may still affect life today, and what may support greater awareness, relief, and freedom in how you live and relate.
Psychodynamic therapy provides an important foundation for my work. My approach is also informed by attachment theory, trauma literature, emotion regulation, and additional clinical training when clinically appropriate.
My aim is to offer thoughtful, clinically flexible therapy that supports greater self-understanding, a more grounded relationship with your emotional life, and a stronger sense of self-trust in how you live, choose, and relate.
